Potentia’s Mentorship Programme is live!

We are delighted to announce we have hit our target of launching our 2024 Mentorship Cohort with 25 pairs.

The response we have had from both Mentors at CFO level and people looking to be mentored to reach CFO has been incredible. Due to the amazing response from our network, we have extended our deadline until the end of August as we get the final pairs matched.  Meaning we will be exceeding our initial target in our first year!


Mentoring provides both Mentors and Mentees with the opportunity to develop and prepare for growth opportunities in the future.


Benefits to the Mentee:

  • An experienced individual that has shared experiences to provide feedback and advice for their continued career and professional development.

  • A channel to brainstorm ideas, communicate concerns and receive support.
