A Year to Remember: Thank You from the Co-Founders

As we reflect on 2024, we are filled with immense gratitude and pride. This first year of Potentia has been nothing short of extraordinary, and it’s all thanks to you—our members, mentors, advisory board, and supporters.

When we launched Potentia, our vision was clear: to foster gender equality in the finance industry by increasing female representation on boards and creating opportunities for women to reach their full potential. This year, we’ve taken great strides towards this goal, and it’s been inspiring to see how much we’ve achieved together.

Highlights from 2024:

• Growing from 12 Founding Members to 131 incredible professionals across our CFO and FD cohorts.

• Pairing 31 mentorship matches, helping to empower and support women at critical stages in their careers.

• Hosting 9 impactful events, including networking drinks, thought leadership events, and our memorable All Members Launch Event.

• Expanding our team from 4 to 8 passionate individuals who work tirelessly to support our mission.

  
  

These achievements are a testament to the power of collaboration and shared purpose.

Looking Ahead to 2025:We’re excited to continue this momentum with a robust line-up of events, more networking opportunities, and discussions on the value of mentorship. We’re also setting our sights on reaching 200 members by April, with plans to welcome Heads of/FCs to our growing community.

We are deeply grateful for the energy, expertise, and dedication you’ve all brought to Potentia this year. Thank you for believing in our vision and for playing a vital role in this journey. We can’t wait to see what we can achieve together in 2025.
