Our process

Our mentoring programme spans four cohorts: NED, CFO, FD, and Finance Department Heads. We match mentors with mentees through surveys identifying goals and expertise.

The 2026 Mentorship Scheme has completed. Applications for the 2027 scheme will open in October 2026. The programme includes four sessions over six months.

Finding your perfect match.

We carefully pair mentors and mentees through our proven matching process. Chemistry meetings take place to ensure skills and personality fit, once both the mentor and mentee confirm the match, mentoring commences.
