Our process

Our mentoring programme spans four cohorts: NED, CFO, FD, and Finance Department Heads. We match mentors with mentees through surveys identifying goals and expertise. The programme includes four sessions over six months.

The scheme is for Potentia members only, membership is free! To apply for the scheme, register for Potentia membership first.

Chemistry meetings

Finding your perfect match.

We carefully pair mentors and mentees through our proven matching process. Chemistry meetings take place to ensure skills and personality fit, once both the mentor and mentee confirm the match, mentoring commences.
