Our process

Our mentoring program spans four cohorts: NED, CFO, FD, and Finance Department Heads. We match mentors with mentees through surveys identifying goals and expertise.

Applications open July 2025, with chemistry meetings in August 2025. The programme includes four sessions over six months, with an option to renew.
